Mr. Caveney is a serial entrepreneur, starting with TeleSynergy a call accounting company, the account base of which was sold to SAI, Inc. in 1987.

He founded Market Answers, a customer satisfaction market research company, which automated feedback by interconnecting with customer management systems. In 2001 he co-founded precisionpath, to do high-end brand research for advertising agencies and brand strategists and tacticians in New York and San Francisco.

In 2008 Mr. Caveney began working with a middle school, eventually leading to authorship of a book, SCHOOLING For Readiness And Drive, and then ultimately, the development of the Lead out method, a new method for working together in K-12 school districts.

Anne Griswold is a coach, mentor, consultant, facilitator, designer and adjunct faculty in the fields of organizational development, leadership and learning. At its core, Anne’s work is to create environments where people “wake-up” moving them from everyday habitual responses to mindful, conscious behavior. This assures greater collaboration, influence, and impact.

With more than 25 years of experience in developing leaders at every level of organization and across multiple industries, Anne has worked with hundreds of executives to implement change using initiatives which range from 1:1 coaching, mentoring and team initiatives, to change management, organizational development, design & facilitation of corporate-wide programs and processes.

Anne has held many roles over the years being both an internal executive, a sole proprietor of her own consulting firm as well as an adjunct professor in a variety of Universities. She has also held many positions on volunteer boards. She is a master facilitator certified in many assessment tools and specializing in the HBDI® and Whole Brain Thinking®.

Her contribution to transforming education with Schoolio® beyond her passion for “waking people up” includes designing and implementing leadership, learning and development systems both within Schoolio® and in the educational system. She creates environments for individuals, teams, cross-functional divisions, and entire systems to be effective and efficient about profits, processes, people, and possibilities that support sustainable change and transformation.

Anne has earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Maine, an M.S. in Management Science/ Organizational Development from the Antioch New England Graduate School, and a M.A. in Organizational Leadership through the Graduate Institute. Recent organizations she has worked with include Herrmann, Samsung, Altera, American Express, Johnson & Johnson, University of NH, Nike, Blackrock, University of Miami in Ohio, Roche Molecular, Santa Clara Swim Club, C&S Groceries, ATD, Symbotic, Goodwill Industries, PwC, EY and Varian Medical.

Seasoned M.D., MBA with 14+ years of international drug development experience within Health Technology, Medical Device and Clinical Program Development including the support of phases 1-4.

Dr. Sharma has solid experience of Clinical Trial Design, Regulatory Strategy & Clinical Trial Operations.

Dr. Sharma has held titles such as Medical Director for a Biotech and Health Technology Startup, Senior Clinical Trials Manager at a renown Academic Medical Center, R&D Program Manager at a Large Pharmaceutical Company, Market Access Consultant within a Top Tier Consulting Firm.

Dr. Sharma has also supported the development of potentially registrational clinical programs in many cross-functional teams including designing phase 1-4 studies and collaboration with Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR) including development of the Clinical Development Plan (CDP), Target Product Profile (TPP), Clinical Study Report (CSR) authoring of Investigator Brochure (IB) and submission of multiple health authority dossiers (NDA/BLA/sBLA).
