LEAD OUT METHOD → SCHOOL SYSTEMS
As Paul Baltaden famously said,
"Every system is perfectly designed to get the results it gets."
Let's design school systems that get the results we all want!
NEXT FOR SCHOOLIO
CO-CREATE with a San Francisco Bay Area school district, beautiful school systems based on the LEAD OUT METHOD.
Why MULTIPLE school systems?
Why not just ONE school system based on ONE method, the Lead Out Method?
Considering production, the answer becomes obvious.
One method, Deming's method is used worldwide in production and service. But the systems are different depending on the product or service, and further, the make, model, features and specifications.
Consider this table. One method. Different systems.
Method |
Product/Service |
System |
---|---|---|
Deming's method |
Refrigerators |
A system to produce high quality refrigerators. |
Deming's method |
Cars |
A system to produce high quality cars. |
Deming's method |
Health care |
A system to deliver high quality health care. |
Education also has differences.
In Kindergarten through 2nd grade students are learning to read. From grade 3 on up, students are reading to learn. In middle and high school the learning is more specialized, requiring teachers more highly trained in their fields, be it math, history, science or language arts.
SCHOOLIO intends to collaborate with a school district to design two (2) systems for elementary school, and then later, systems for middle and high school.
