I agree! The school district becomes:

  1. organizationally more intelligent, because instead of just a few in central planning, thousand of students are planning the learning.

  2. newly fertile to innovation, because educators have been trained in all of the methods of management and are allowed to work on the system, not just in the system.

  3. But mostly, because the method I-o addresses the right problem of the 1-and-many in education.
